This 2007 viral video features about 1500 drug dealers, rapists, and murderers inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Cebu Province of the Philippines. Jackson fan Crisanto Nierre played the role of the pop star, while Jackson’s girlfriend is played by the openly gay pizza chef Wenjiel Resane (not that that’s super relevant – I just thought “openly gay pizza chef” had a nice ring to it and was worth including).
