These videos are all unrelated, but edited together to create what is known as “ThruYou.” Every sound you hear is sampled directly from the video clip you see.

Off all music collaboration projects I’ve seen, this very well may be my favorite. It’s nothing more than several youtube videos all following the same basic instructions of “Wait a few seconds to start, play in b flat major, play for 1-2 minutes.”
Start the videos whenever you like, adjusting the volume as you go. Because there’s no real tempo or rhythm, it all works.

In case you missed it in the news this past weekend, Newark Airport was shut down for several hours, nearly seven to be more specific, after someone managed to just bypass security. Traveling guitarist Josh Wilson decided to make something of the occasion and lead the group of stranded tourists, families etc., through a stirring round of “Hey Jude.”
