Off all music collaboration projects I’ve seen, this very well may be my favorite. It’s nothing more than several youtube videos all following the same basic instructions of “Wait a few seconds to start, play in b flat major, play for 1-2 minutes.”

Start the videos whenever you like, adjusting the volume as you go. Because there’s no real tempo or rhythm, it all works.

If Steve Reich joined Sigur Ros, I’m pretty sure this is what the next album would sound like. Click the image below to give it a go.

If you’re looking for some really chill background music, go here to listen to the videos set on autoplay.

(Thanks, Jared!)

  • While this is in no way funny, I do believe it is the coolest thing I’ve seen on the internet.
