Tenor Drummer Passes Out

[UPDATE} Our friend Nick (dude who passed out) has come forward in the comments to provide us the backstory of this incident. This video just gets sweeter knowing it was on a live webcast being viewed around the country.

"[I] stayed up a little too late the night before and kinda locked my knees. I put my sticks down and tried to walk out of the shot (since it was on a live webcast for band directors across the country), because I knew I was going to pass out. Then my sticks started to fall off and I didn’t want them to be falling off in the video. Well right as I go back to fix the sticks, I black out and that was all she wrote. Next thing I remember I see the entire drumline and 3 paramedics staring down at me.

Ya, that would be me passing out! Good times. Stayed up a little too late the night before and kinda locked my knees. Wow. I witnessed something like that in middle school band. Some chick passed out and fell right into the timpani. We instructed another girl to take her to the nurses office. She came back a few minutes later and said she passed out again. In the middle of the hallway. And she left her there. No joke.

I play tenor drum for a jr high and i would never choose staying up better than playing the tenordrum cause i love to play it-i love tenor drum
