drumFunny Update

Hey guys~

First, thanks for checking out drumFunny. The site is very young but we’re already getting some really good buzz. Thanks to all those inviting people into the drumFunny facebook group and using the widgets at the bottom of the posts to help spread the word through Facebook, Digg, etc. And to those who haven’t, the heck w’ ya.

We have some really cool things coming in the near future including more kid corps, other original videos, interviews, and whatever else you guys submit. The response from the rudiments has been really strong (thanks to everyone sending those in, too) so we’re going to start posting original and user submitted licks. Kid Corp’s center snare, Yoshie “Hot Hands” Suzuki was generous enough to send over a transcription of their snare solo from the first movement – arigato, Hot Hands – so check that out.
